How long has it been since I’ve posted a one-shot fic? I can’t remember. This one has been sitting in my computer for days, un-betaed, and I’m still not sure if it’s decent enough to be posted. I do hope it is. It’s not one of my favorites but the theme is something really nice. *sigh* It’s really been so long since I’ve last written so forgive the crappy and totally not cohesive way of writing.
Italics in this story are flashbacks. To better grasp the theme of this story, I strongly suggest you listen to THIS SONG (and HERE are the translations [CRIB])
Done in Ohno’s POV once again.

As expected, it was different watching Nodame in a theater because the sound of the orchestra came out much better compared to my laptop or TV xD
On a side note, Chiaki-senpai is awesome ♥ ♥ ♥
Of course the movie is crack as always! But there was a part of the movie where it tells how the members of the orchestra are practicing hard every day despite their real life routines and work. I found that part very touching ♥

The last part of Nodame movie will come out next April... I wonder whether I will get to watch it at theaters again. I have been missing too many movies :(
Christmas comes soon. Same as last year, I have classes on Christmas eve xD But this year I'm going to cook for a bunch of friends. I hope they come out delicious... And I hope, less random people come to our dinner since I don't want to spend my christmas with strangers D: Let's see...

its me.
unless a special event occurs which I should write about, this will be my last entry for this year.
The year opened with 'Yatterman' and 2009 has turned out to be a very fulfilling 10th year.
Its written in the rap lyrics which I wrote, and I sincerely think (why its been fulfilling) that its all due to all the people who have supported us and followed us.
We both have been very busy, huh. (laughs)
Thank you so much for all your support.
We will make a new start next year again.
Please continue to support us next year too. m(_ _)m
I humbly thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Ok, let's talk about what's been happening recently.
About a month ago, I bought a humidifier and put it at the side of my bed.
One day, I discovered that there was this small word written on it:
'aroma'
I was wondering what this classy little space on the humidifier was for........
When I checked the manual, it said that when aroma oil is dropped on it, a nice smell will be emitted along with the steam.
I thought 'I should use this' and quickly went to buy aroma oil.
In the midst of a huge selection of aroma oils, I decided on the 'Frangrance of the Forest' aroma oil for its healing properties.
(Your nose gets pretty confused in the process of selecting an aroma oil, doesn't it? So in the end, one has a tendency to choose the first aroma oil that leaves a good impression on oneself. And you do get influenced by the explanations which are written about the aroma oil in question.)
So I quickly went home, and dropped the aroma oil onto my humidifier.
Since I dropped the oil before I took my bath, when it was time for me to sleep, the soothing smells of the aroma oil wafted through the air.
Yes, this is very tasteful. kekeke.
I was very pleased.
But...........
I have discovered something just now, after using this for one month.
When i am sleeping, I totally cannot smell anything.
Well, that's because I am sleeping.
Well I guess that is an understatement.
Of course, the aroma oil is to calm you down until you fall asleep.
Well, that is the job of the aroma oil, isn't it?
.. well in that sense, the aroma oil has done a splendid job.
So I bought another 'aroma product'. This time, it was something to use in the car, which I spend most of the time travelling around in.
When the aroma product is stuck into its socket, the whole car is filled with a wonderful smell.
So now, I am writing this entry, engulfed in citrus smells.
Well, things have been happening here and there.
This little healing therapy has been going on every day, in tandem with the Kabachi filming.
The days are cold and please take care of yourself so that you will not catch a cold.
(↑you write this again, at the end, Sakurai)

I am home!! (and stuffing my face) ^ ^ This amused me for some reason. The only reason why I wanted to try this is that this stall is named Masamune. But I had the Fried Hokkien Mee instead, a couple of stalls down. ^ ^ Anyone tried this fish soup before?! Food Republic, Wisma Atria.- Mood:

But I've been appreciating little stuff in my daily life, from how my Professor gave me biscuit to strange stuff they have in the streets of Japan. Those stuff are the only things I can post 8D I also had my Adobe Photoshop permanently error so for the meantime I can't make new graphics T_T So, since I am most likely would be useless in providing Arashi info for you, please feel free to defriend me if you're uncomfortable with boring posts. I won't mind at all, and of course I won't bear any grudge or anything. I'm very mellow these days 8D
On a random "little" note, here is an everyday view of the sky during the sunset from my lab's window which I really fancy ♥

In the middle of very deep voice, flu, cough and usual madness that is a wedding (not mine, my cousin's XD) I had a conversation with Renna on how to deal with the current My Girl vs streaming site issue.
No matter how we see it (even after Renna studying 2 pages of d-addicts discussion and tracking attempts), we just don't see an absolute solution.
And moderating the membership is definitely not a permanent option. It never will.
We've seen how other sub teams handle streaming vids problem. Some just leave it as it is, some take pride in it, some locked their communities, others... just deal with it in their own ways. And it's bothering me how the only one way to reduce this problem, is by having more restriction.
Because that's not what we want. We want as many people to enjoy the subbed clips. And the rules we have in place (no uploads to streaming sites and no redistribution outside of AST sites) are simply the most basic rules any sub team would have in place. As much as we want to provide, we want to protect ourselves too XD
And what makes me ANGRY, is above all, because of the PROFIT these sites are making out of AST voluntary work. If they can pay $100,000 per video streamed on their sites, those $400,000 they paid should have been given to Mel, Del, Carmen, Na-chan, and Renna for working on My Girl ep6.
Weigh one rule (or maybe a piece of thank you for your work!) vs $400,000. It's amazing how fansubbers chose the former.
It's so happen that AST sub stuff. The members are by no means some special human being within the Arashi fans society, or even the J entertainment society. We are merely fans who enjoy being involve in the subbing process, because we enjoy Arashi as much as any other fans do. The more we stick together, the less restriction we need in this fandom *nods*
I hope when all this is done and over with, it'd be the last one of its kind o_o

p/s: sorry to those who seek membership to the community. we're still going through the usernames. and I have to say that I'm suprised by the amount of Kpop fans who're asking membership because of the drama! Aiba is a universal human being XD
*kiss Aiba and puts him in my backpack* *runs from Mel, Del and Renna*
Its me.
Many people have greeted me whilst I am on location filming.
On a particular Sunday, I was filming at a place where there were many high school kids (guys) passing by on their way to their extracurricular activities.
Sakurai: 'You guys are going to a competition now?'
Students: YES!
Sakurai: 'what kind of extra curricular activity do you do?'
Students: American Football!
Sakurai:' oh.... that's great! Ganbatte ne!'
Students: 'we sure will, we will win!!'
They were a pretty good bunch of kids.
Next, another legion of high school kids (guys) happened to wander past.
They saw me, and went
'Hey-!?' and started to buzz among themselves.
I was thinking what to talk to them about.... at that moment.....
Students: 'That was great!!! (laughs) Your double parka! (laughs)'
(-_-)
'that double parka was a flop!'
A total flop!
'Hey do i look like a double parka type of guy?'
I am wearing a suit right now.!
And those kids walked away, looking that they were enjoying themselves.
Well. I guess I just had to believe in the fact that the were watching [himitsu no arashichan] and that was good, I suppose.
And on another day.
There was this uncle on his bicycle who screeched to a halt when he saw me.
Uncle: 'Hey!! Sho-chan?!'
Sakurai: ' Yes, this is Sho-chan.'
Uncle : 'Its Sho-chan, alright! Congratulations on appearing on Kohaku. I will be watching so do your best!'
Sakurai: 'Yes!! I will!!'
...... that surprised me.
I thought that guy was an accquaintance. But it was some stranger.
I thought he must have been someone from either my family or one of my relatives.
I am really happy.
that people don't feel distanced from me.
And I have a soft spot, even for those high school kids.
Now, I am often on location for my drama.
And everyday, I feel warm, from each and every contact I have with people on the street.
